I love dogs and I like drawing them. Many times I'll watch a dog sitting under a table at a coffee shop, and just like a person they emote a personaility and this Beagle was such a happy dog. I just had to draw him.

Sunflower Suprise Watercolor ACEO

Since my watercolor class is painting ACEO's tomorrow I thought it would be fun to paint one to see how long it took and I needed one to show with the wet into wet technique.
Since I painted it wet into wet, I wasn't sure how much of it would stay and how much would melt into the other shapes. I had to keep pulling the blue out of the yellow where the two color collided it became green!

Candace, a nude sketch

At our Saturday life drawing session I was able to get one decent sketch completed. Candace actually had very short hair but I like to use my artistic license to change little things. This is graphite and eraser. It's for sale for $25.00 + SH the size is 8.5 by 11 sketch book size.
