This 5 inch by 6 inch painting is acrylic on illustration board.
The name of the piece sounds sad but to anyone who knows me... they know I like being alone and think the word solitude is more welcome than not. Also I think the name is more about the season change. Autumn is just around the corner, the cooler air today is starting to make me feel the sweetness of this fleeting season. The leaves are falling, days are getting shorter and the color of this sunset reminds me of the fall colors.
