Mixed bag- A painting a day

I painted a landscape but its still wet so I'll put up this still life which took me more than a day to paint but was my 1'st venture into the world of still life painting.

Shanti - thanks for the kind comment on my blog! My trip to France was great, and i managed to make it there and back with no major incidents (and the only minor one was a delay on the cross channel train)! Love your site, couldn't think of anything to say apart from 'I will come back often'.
